Enquiries and quotes

The menu lists the food and services currently available to enquire about at their published prices. Sending a website form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed order or booking. We will confirm availability, quantities, timing, service area, collection or delivery arrangements, and any separately quoted extras directly with you. An order is agreed only when we confirm its details with you.

Menu prices

Displayed menu prices are current prices in South African rand for the listed offerings. Small-event catering and on-site catering prices are per person. Custom menus, extra quantities, delivery, venue setup and other agreed additions are quoted separately. We will explain any deposits or additional charges before you confirm an order.

Food and dietary needs

Tell us about allergies, ingredients to avoid and other dietary needs before confirming an order. Recipes, ingredients and preparation may vary; a product page is not an allergen-free guarantee. We will advise what we can accommodate for your specific order. Food photographs show the type of offering and presentation may vary.

Changes and cancellations

Collection, delivery, payment, deposits, changes and cancellation arrangements are agreed case by case in the written quote or order confirmation. Please contact us promptly if your requirements change.
